Grade 5F Science Assignment

In Grade 5 F we have been studying natural resources, both renewable and non-renewable. This week we did a mini research project to start the chapter on non-renewable resources. It started with one question:
What are non-renewable resources?
Students produced 1 page of information based on this question.
Answering the question led to many more questions. Students could then research their own questions linked to  the first question.

Students have been assigned a new started question.


What is a mine?
Students research for the question, develop more questions and produce a page of information that they understand.
It can include pictures and it can be hand written or typed. It can also be emailed to school.
